Enhance Your GTA IV Experience with Lord Neophyte Hq Texture Pack

The textures pack installed are "ultimate textures 2" and "lord neophytes HQ testure pack"; as far as shaders I tried Cry_envb3, G4BP graphics overhaul and ICE I believe. The only one that works is cry_enbv3 but the look is horrible, even using the super high presets (I have an i7 7th gen and a GTX1070 , 32 GB of RAM on my machine). The whole game is nothing like the video I saw; and I don't get exactly what is going wrong.

Does anyone have any luck running GTA4 with shaders and texture packs, on W10 on a modern machine? I tried all the various suggestions found on this forum, steam forum and other GTA sites but nothing seems to work, beside the texture packs. 2ff7e9595c
